What is a Humidity Sensor

A Humidity sensor is utilised when measuring atmospheric moisture levels which is converted into digital data that is interpreted by another system, perhaps a meter or control system. Similarly, temperature sensors are electronic components that monitor and translate temperature readings into digital information for display or further analysis. Both temperature and humidity sensors are ideal for monitoring the environmental conditions that can be found housing electronic components and electrical equipment.
