When I started at Kempston I did not have any real job experience, I was taken on as an apprentice for the quotes team with a 6 months’ probation period training in business administration. It was in this role I was able to expand my skill set and build confidence in my own ability with the help of other members of staff, as a result I passed my probation and I was contracted into a position as a member of the quotes team full time. In this position I progressed my skill set further and became the quotes team leader. Spearhead Kempston Controls' Global Marketplace Expansion: Amazon Seller Central Marketplace Manager.

Kempston Controls, a leading UK distributor of electrical components, seeks a strategic and analytical Amazon & Marketplaces E-commerce Executive to orchestrate our global expansion on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces. This strategic role offers you the chance to help shape the future of our online presence while navigating the exciting world of multimarket e-commerce.

Position Overview:

Craft compelling product descriptions and pricing strategies to elevate our Amazon presence, utilising the full suite of options on seller central where appropriate.
Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities, optimise performance, and guide strategic decisions.
Navigate the evolving Amazon landscape and export regulations to ensure seamless global expansion.
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a stellar customer experience.
Develop and implement a winning multimarket strategy for maximum impact.
Lead our FBA expansion Managing inventory, pricing, and logistics.
Expand into new marketplaces such as eBay, to grow our customer base.
Monitoring the competition ensuring we are well placed to remain competitive with our pricing.
Work closely with the wider E-Commerce Team to maintain a cohesive approach to growth with shared strategies.
Support our customers to ensure smooth and simple experiences across all our transactions, especially those overseas where additional delays may occur.
