Digital Panel Meters
Digital panel meters are available as a digital version of a
typical analogue meter, displaying voltage, rpm and frequency, amongst other
data, to touch-display devices that can feature a whole host of information. Digital
panel meters that use touch display usually have a software package supporting
them that uses a drag-and-drop for rapid development of industrial display and
panel applications.
Digital panel meters can be found in many industrial applications
where you would find an analogue meter, such as monitoring the current
or voltage
within an electrical system. Digital panel meters are suitable for a wide range
of low, medium and high-voltage control panels, gensets, building and power
management systems.
Much like analogue
meters, digital versions can simple, displaying revolutions, current or voltage
for example. Programmable digital meter versions can display a wealth of information
which can be personalised by selecting preferences including text, colour and input
scaling, before mounting into a panel.
