IGBT Transistor Modules
An IGBT transistor module (insulated-gate bipolar
transistor) is a three-terminal semiconductor device. IGBT modules are used in
a variety of applications such as UPS, trains, motors, welding, inverters and
more as a switching element to allow or block power flow quickly. They are very
efficient and have high current and low saturation voltage characteristics.
