A rugged hazardous area photoelectric proximity sensor with 40-2000 mm sensing range, featuring precise background suppression, sensing adjustment via potentiometer, NAMUR switching and an infrared laser. Ideal for the precise detection of objects within an Ex rated industrial environment, with the status LEDs. Versatile mounting options due to dovetail mounting, mounting holes and oblong holes.
This versatile Ex rated photoelectric sensor is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, with high immunity to optical interferences ensuring fewer false readings and less down time. Applications include monitoring the processing location of production jigs, material handling and product monitoring as well as installations that require high-pressure washdowns. The rugged die-cast zinc construction and IP67 rating of this sensor means that this device is ideal for demanding industrial environments.
