The Pilz PSENslock series magnetic non-contact safety gate system has an assured release distance of 8mm, a holding force of 1000 N and is suitable for applications up to SIL 3/PL e/cat.4. This safety gate system combines safety gate monitoring and a non-contact magnetic interlock in a single unit. User-friendly diagnostics via double sided LED display and optimised for installation on popular 45mm profiles.

The combination of safe position monitoring and process guarding makes the PSENslock suitable for universal use and high category applications. PSENslock are a safe alternative to existing mechanical technology, providing manipulation protection and low wear and tear ensuring a long service life.
