Insulation Testers

Insulation testers, also known as megohmmeters or meggers, are used to detect the condition of insulation found on wires, cables and motor windings. Insulation is designed to protect the wire and keep it separate from other wires, and the insulation tester can measure resistance and identify current leakage or insulation damage.
