The Acquistion of Eukero

I am pleased to announce that Midland Automation Ltd, trading as Kempston Controls, has acquired the business of Eukero Controls Ltd from its founder, John Baldwin.

As from Monday the 28th of February the business of Eukero Controls Ltd moved to our Rushden site.

We will also have the support of John during the handover period to ensure a smooth and successful integration of the products supplied by Eukero.

Additionally all remittances should now be paid to Kempston Controls.

If you are unfamiliar with Kempston Controls, the company has been established since 1945 and has grown to be one of the UK’s best known independent specialist electrical distributors. We have a great team of people with many years of experience and our aim now is to provide a seamless integration for customers old and new.

From our website you can order and pay for a wide range of products. Products previously supplied by Eukero have been added to the site.
