A rugged Photoelectric proximity sensor with 20 - 50 mm sensing range, featuring precise background suppression, potentiometer sensing adjustment, PNP/NPN switching and a visible red laser. Ideal for the precise detection of objects within industrial environments, with the highly visible beam (0.1 mm at 45 mm) and status LEDs allowing for quick and easy set-up and alignment. Versatile mounting options due to dovetail mounting, mounting holes and oblong holes, and the M12 5 pin connector is rotatable facilitating easier installation.
This versatile photoelectric sensor is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, with high immunity to optical interferences ensuring fewer false readings and less down time. Applications include monitoring the processing location of production jigs, material handling and product monitoring as well as installations that require high-pressure washdowns. The rugged die-cast zinc construction and IP67/IP69K rating of this sensor means that this device is ideal for demanding industrial environments.
