Multifunction Compact Inverter, 1 phase, 1.5/2.2 kW
Omron's compact single phase MX2 inverter drive was developed to harmonise advanced motor and machine control by using Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology for the control of pumps and motors. Thanks to its advanced design and algorithms, the MX2 provides smooth control down to zero speed, plus precise operation for cyclic operations and torque control capability. VFD advantages include energy savings and offer protection from electrical faults such as short circuits.
Protective functions of this Inverter Drive include - Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, electronic thermal, temperature error, overload limit, incoming overvoltage, external trip, memory error, CPU error, USP error, emergency cut-off and many more.
Additional features include - AVR function, 16-step speeds, starting frequency adjustment, jogging operation, PID control, frequency jump, restart function, torque boost function, fault monitor, motor 2 control function to name a few.
Suitable for a wide variety of inverter drive applications including being used to control the speed of AC motors, conveyor systems, blower speeds, pump speeds, machine tool speeds, and other applications that require variable speed with variable torque.
