Enter what you know of the items part number into the Search Box at the top of the screen and click to GO button. A list of all the possible alternatives will be produced, from this list select the item you are looking for by entering a quantity into the 'Quantity' Box, then click the 'Add to Basket' button. You will then be taken to the Basket. How do I raise a quotation Once logged in you will be able to produce comprehensive quotations by adding all the items you require to your basket and then proceeding through checkout. At this point you will have the option to 'Place Your Order' or 'Receive a Quotation'. If you 'Click' the receive quotation button we will produce within one working day a comprehensive quotation for you via e-mail, complete with discounts and availabilities of items not in stock. What happens if I don't remove items from my basket before I log out On completeion of checkout your basket will be emptied, alternatively if you log out before checking out, your basket will save its contents for the next time you log in. How long will delivery take for an item shown in stock? If you order an item that is shown as in stock and your order is submitted before 3pm Mon-Fri (Excluding Bank Holidays) then your order will be delivered the next working day. Subject to availability. How long will delivery take for an item shown not in stock? If you order an item with a zero stock value then delivery will be dependent on the lead time from the manufacturer. We will however acknowledge receipt of your order and at this time indicate the approximate delivery date. How do I obtain a User ID and Password? If you currently have a credit account then you can register online, go to the login page and follow the instructions. If you don't currenty have a credit account you can apply by completing the 'New Account Application Form' found in the 'Forms' section of the 'About Us' Tab How do I find the discount I will receive? As a logged in customer you will see your current discounts allocated to each item, to obtain a list of these please contact us. How do I print out my enquiry? Once you have added all the items you require to the basket, simply set your page to print in Landscape by changing the settings in your 'Page Setup' then use the print button on your browser. How do I order the goods and have the order added to my credit account? From the web site as a 'logged in' customer you can to proceed to order at the checkout stage and have it added to your credit account. Once your order is placed you will receive a comprehensive Order Acknowledgment staing all prices and expected delivery dates. If I pay by credit card when will my card be debited? Your credit card will be debited immediately, even if your goods are not in stock. On receipt of your order we will send you, within one working day, an acknowledgement stating the approximate delivery date of your order. How do I buy goods if I do not have a UK address? If you do not have a UK delivery address, then you will need to contact us to obtain a delivery cost. The price of the goods will not be affected with the exception of VAT, which would not be included.
