LED Light Retro-reflective Photoelectric Sensor, PNP output
The SICK WL150-P430 Retro-reflective Photoelectric sensor utilises a visible red LED light source, monitoring that beam in order to trigger a process response should the beam be interrupted by an object. This clever sensor features standard optics, a robust ABS body, PNP output, M8 4 pin connector and is IP67 rated. Retro-reflective sensors utilise a separate reflector to monitor detector beam interruption. Ideal for fast speed production lines and transparent object detection.
Common applications for photoelectric sensors include the automotive industry, controlling the transport of components and engine sub-assemblies, production processes, safety systems and material handling systems for easier transporting of goods. Easy to set-up, the WL150?s visible light source aids installation and no enhanced safety measures are needed. The fast reaction time of this Photoelectric Retro-reflective Sensor ensures reliable object detection at high processing line speeds increasing throughput and helping to reduce overheads.
