Photoelectric Sensor with Background Suppression, 60-900 mm Range
This versatile Photoelectric Proximity Sensor with Background Suppression and a range of 60-900 mm, has been designed for zone control and emits an infrared beam of light, monitoring that beam by use of the incorporated emitter and receiver, bouncing the beam off the target item and checking for discrepancies. Objects are detected independently of their surface structure, their brightness and colour as well as the brightness of the background thanks to the built in suppression.
Adjustable, using the built-in potentiometer and with a rapid response time of 2ms, this robust ABS bodied sensor is suitable for a range of uses, common applications for Zone Control Infrared Sensors with Background Suppression includes safe zones surrounding processing machinery, entry zones for personnel, vehicles and more besides.
